How does your service work if I am in a remote location?

This service is perfectly designed  for people who are in remote locations and would have to travel long distances to reach a dealership for consignment. My brokerage service allows you to keep the Motorhome at your home or storage facility. In regards to showing interested parties, we have a process. Firstly the buyer will be fully educated on your RV and will only get to see the RV in person when they have been qualified that your RV suits them and they have also agreed upon an amount. Some customers will require a video walk through which we can give you tips on what to do. Then if the buyer is still interested we can discuss options of having them come to you or we can look at options to transport the RV to them once the sale has been completed. This is a structured process and flows very naturally.

How do you know the condition of my Motorhome if I am not local to you?

Throughout our discovery and intake consultations we will cover all the details of your history with your RV and also the proclivities your model and year can present, we have years of industry knowledge which allows us to communicate around any issues that can arise with certain models and the age of your RV. This allows us to work on the information you provide us and we work together to present the new buyer with as much information as we can in order to help them with their decision making process. We can also do a video walk through so I can gauge what the current condition is, and what may need to be addressed prior to offering it for sale. I recommend purchasing a dampness meter from Bunnings or your local hardware store so you can get a clear indication of any water ingress issues before you present your Motorhome for sale.

Why wouldn’t I just sell the RV myself and save money?

This is a fair question, why engage my services? Like real estate, there are loads of variables to selling a motorhome or campervan and some of them can have nasty repercussions. Would you really want to sell something worth over $100,000 without fully understanding your responsibilities? Most people want to do the right thing and not offload their problems onto somebody else. After all, it all comes back around in time.

There is an alarming number of new buyers entering the market buying with Their Eyes Wide Shut,  rushing in with fear of missing out and not being properly prepared. New buyers need to know what they are buying, ongoing costs associated with owning an RV and what to look out for in order to stay away from the dreaded “LEMON”. Why do I need buyers support, can’t I find all the information online and on YouTube?

There is a huge amount of opinions online and they can be confusing and sometimes conflicting. We have a structured process that we take our customer on which is personalised to your situation and includes our industry knowledge and expertise. A large number of new buyers have entered the market with Eyes Wide Shut, rushing in and buying something without knowing all the pros and cons of models and builders.
