Scott and Samantha run a registered dealership from their home and act as a go between for seller and buyer. While a little surprised by this at first, we soon found that all conditions for a registered dealership were in place and Scott soon had us looking through the beautiful Birdsville we eventually purchased. He acted as a support for both the seller and the buyer, providing relevant documentation and answering any questions we had. The business handled obtaining gas certificates, safety inspections, government registration documents, detailing and comprehensive handover procedures. Monies were handled through Trust Accounts and all financial transactions were handled promptly and professionally with full contract and receipt documentation. Communication between ourselves and Wide Open Spaces was of a very high level and we were constantly kept briefed as we stepped through the different stages of the purchase.
